Building a Small Animal Wall Cage

In this project, we constructed a small animal wall cage designed for various small pets. This cage provides a safe and secure environment for animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, or hamsters. The design focuses on ensuring proper ventilation and visibility, allowing pet owners to easily observe their animals while keeping them comfortable. We used durable materials to ensure the cage withstands wear and tear, making it an ideal home for any small creature. The wall-mounted feature saves space, making it perfect for homes with limited floor area. Overall, this small animal wall cage is an excellent solution for pet lovers looking to provide their furry friends with a cozy, enclosed space.

Enhancing Our Go-Kart with Extra Frame Rails

To improve the structural integrity and overall performance of our new go-kart, we decided to remove old rotted out frame rails that where beyond repair and add new frame rails that are welded into place for enhanced support. This modification was essential to ensure that the frame could withstand the rigors of racing and provide a stable platform for the driver. We began by carefully measuring and cutting the additional frame rails to fit seamlessly with the existing structure. Once the pieces were prepared, we positioned them strategically along the go-kart's frame, focusing on areas that experience the most stress during operation. After ensuring everything was aligned correctly, we proceeded to weld the new frame rails securely in place. This process not only reinforced the overall strength of the go-kart but also improved its handling and durability on the track. With these enhancements, we are confident that our go-kart will perform better and last longer, providing an exciting and safe racing experience.

Building a smudge pot

In this project, we crafted our very own smudge pot, aiming for enhanced warmth and an enjoyable experience while creating something new.

Mini Bike Sounds 

In this project, we are creating a fully custom exhaust system for our Coleman C,T,U 100 mini bike. Our goal is to enhance the bike's sound, making it resonate more like a pit bike. We crafted the exhaust from a straight pipe and built the muffler from scratch.

Roll cage structure Improvement 

In this project, we enhanced our go-kart's roll cage by incorporating custom fabrication elements. We added sturdier bars to both the front and back, and we also straightened the roll cage to improve its overall structure.

Building a coal shovel 

In this project, we designed a fully custom coal shovel, perfect for those chilly days in the workshop. We crafted the scoop from thick steel plate, expertly welding it into a durable scoop shape. Additionally, we reinforced it with a sturdy metal rod handle to support the weight of the heavy scoop.

 

 

 

Trailer Add -on

In our last project, we fabricated metal tow strap rings to enhance the safety of our towing operations. We stick-welded each ring onto the side of the trailer, allowing ratchet straps to be tightened more securely and making it easier to secure loads.
